New ideas (of that period of time) in litterature, music, philosophy and art.
It is mouvement of ideas that strated in Europe in the 18th century. It changed a lot of perspectives about love, nature, money and sex.
People who are attached to the ideas of Romanticism are closely related with their emotions. In other words, sensations guide their lives.
It consists in letting your feelings leading you in life and the consequences are only the test of the strengh of your love.
The poet Thomas Chartteton took his life away because no one wanted to publish his poems, that were about beauty and wisdom. He then became a symbol of the dumed artists understoog by very few.
Impossible love stories like Werther & Charlotte, Romeo & Juliette are very famous in Romanticism.
