Father
My dad promises me that he will teach me how to be a good man and how to be a handy person. He promises me that he will help me get better in sports so I can be the best I can be.
An example of when my dad putting his promise into work was by teaching me how to change oil in a car, how to work with electricity, and many more things I need to know when I am older. My dad puts his promises into action by continuing
to motivate me to work hard in and outside of school.
My Nina
My nina promises me that she will always be willing to help me with homework when I need it the most. She promises me that she will always be able to help me earning volunteer hours at her job to help me get into college. She promises me that she will take care of me and go the extra mile to make sure I am doing good.
An example of her putting her promises into action was when over the summer she told me that I can earn volunteer hours at her job by measuring energy meters at the Marina so I can put in my service hours. She also did this to make sure I am also staying active showing her promise of going to great lengths to make sure I am doing good.

My friend Jayden
My friend Jayden promises me that he will always help me and I can always help him when we need some positivity. Jayden also promises my that we will help each other when it comes to basketball and we will help each other to get better.
An example of how Jayden puts his promises into action was when he invited me to play basketball with him and his teammates because he knew I was trying to improve on my skills showing that he cares about my well being.

My Tia Marta
The promises my Tia Marta makes to me is that she promises me that she will always be able to be there for me when my parents can't. She promises that she will always go out of her way to take care of me even if she doesn't need to.
An example of her putting her promises into action was when I was volunteering at a job. She provided me with breakfast and went out of her way to hand make me breakfast without me asking early in the morning. Another example of when she put her promises into action was when she paid for my bed even though she did not have to pay.

Sister
My sister promises me to always be role model for me and teach me how navigate through high school. She promises me that she will always be willing to help me with homework. She is willing to help me if I am stressed about school work or outside of school.
An example of my sister, Yanely, putting her promises into action was when I first started high school. She explained to me everything I needed to now and helped me get through the first couple of weeks when I was a freshmen in high school.

My friend Darren
Darren promises me that he will always have my back and that we can rely on each other when we need it. He promises me that we will help each other grow individually in order to reach our goals.
An example of when Darren puts his promises into practice was when I did not have a ride to get to my basketball game. Darren offered to pick me up so we can make it to the game on time and that why I can count in him when I need to. He also puts his promises into action when he encouraged me to play on his basketball team which lead to me growing as a person, improving in basketball, and I was able to meet new people.

Moreau Catholic High School
This school promises me that it will give me the best education possible to help me get ready for college and to help me be successful educationally. It Promises me that I will grow as a person because I am surrounded by great people at the school.
An example of when the school put its promises into action was when I was Is when I am able have good grades at school because all my teacher were approachable, nice, and had understandable teaching.
St. Johns Church
This church promises me that I can go inside the church and pray to God when I need to. This church promises me that I am in a sacred and safe place where I can talk to God. This church promises me that it can be a place of peace and harmony when I enter the church.
An example of this church showing its promise was when I had to sit inside the church for confirmation for about 45 minutes while we prayed the Rosary. Doing so made me realize how fortunate I am because of how much time I had to think in a peaceful and calm environment.

God
The promises God promises me is that he will always watch over my family and I. He promises me that I can pray to him and that God will help me when I am struggling or stressed. God also promises that God will always help as well guide me to make good decisions in my life.
An example of God putting these promises into practice when I was stressed because I had to turn in high school applications and I had to turn in multiple projects. When I prayed to God I felt better and I was encouraged and given the confident to persevere through this stressful time. I was able to complete all my work and I thanked God for helping me.
My friend Kyle
The promises Kyle makes to me is that he promises me that he will always be a true friend and never turn his back to me. He also promises that he is willing to help me whenever I need it even if it means that he is sacrificing his time.
An example of Kyle putting his promise into action was when I needed help on one of my science assignments. Without asking, Kyle offered to help me and he explained thoroughly the assignment and wanted to make sure that I fully understood the assignment which showed me that he think I am worth his time.

My mom promises me that she will help me and guide me to the path of success. My mom promises that she will help me and make me feel better if I am going through a stressful time. She promises me that she will make sacrifices in order for my sister and I to achieve our goals in life.
My mom puts her promises into practice in that she works from 8:30 to 5:30 in order to provide for me so I can be comfortable. She guides me on the path of success by always encouraging and finding ways for me to get involved in volunteering and sports.
The Basketball Court
The basketball court promises me that it will always be a place where I can get my mind off things. It promises me that it will provide for me a place to practice and work hard outside of school.
An example of how the basketball court puts its action is to promise was when I did not have a basketball hoop at my house. This is when I found a basketball court near my house where I was able to practice on my shooting. Since I had to stay home because of the circumstances, I was happy that I was able to find the court and play.
