Cost
Within range of client requirements and must not exceed £100 for manufacture, preferably £40 - £50 maximum

Manufacture
The board will be lasered using CAM and other parts will be handmade by using the chisel and lathe, but by using the jigsaw or the wood router I can create certain holes in on piece and then have it drilled into another piece that matches the markings and has a certain depth to keep it safe. There will also be a hole through the side of the entire piece once assembled which can fit a bar through and able to detach to make it ergonomic, this would therefore allow me more time
Environment
Is made from wood (renewable) however metal is also used but not acrylic or plastic as they contribute to plastic pollution
Material
Hardwood, preferably oak as it can hold heavy weight
Client
I need a product which I could build up strength on but not damage my distal joints or cause arthritis
Their wants: I want the product to be long lasting and durable. Also I want it to be able to hold my weight and have good grip
Name - Kevin
Age - 16
Requirements - Rectangular and multifunctional with a low cost but good standard and can be rotated and dismounted onto a wall or rail
Safety
Must not damage distal joints, smoothed wood so there are no splinters, withstand the weight of the user (70 - 80kg)
Quality check
Use a file or sandpaper to make all edges and parts smooth as possible, there must be not splinters or pieces of fragile wood left as it could cause harm
Design Possibilities
I have considered different shapes and functions to stop design fixation however only some are now narrowed down to the clients requirements
