Educator Definition
The personnel who teach, or direct, or organize or supervise in official educational institutions under the dependence of the Ministry of Education, will have the common name of "Educator" and will be subject to the classification and remuneration established by the Law.
Teacher Classification
Grade A
A-1: Teacher of Special Subject in primary school, in General Basic or in Literacy and Adult Education, with a degree in Secondary Education in the specialty.
Grade B
B-1: Grade Teacher in primary school, in General Basic or in Literacy and Adult Education, with the title of Teacher of Primary Education.
Grade C
C-1: Teacher - Director, with a degree under his charge, with the title of Teacher of Primary Education.
Grade D
D-1: Primary school director of 3rd grade. Category (8 to 14 teachers), with the title of Teacher of Primary Education.

D-3: Teacher of Vocational Secondary Education of 3rd. Category with a Secondary Education degree in the specialty or leisure to be taught.
