Done through a regional educational board, it will send to the Ministry of Education a list of no less than three and no more than five people, chosen by competition.

Anyone who does not appear to take possession within the five business days following the respective notification, will lose the position
Whoever enters the Ministry of Education for the first time will be appointed for a probationary period of two years,
