Religious oppression, by the Catholic church, that means the Pilgrims and Puritans will be arrested, so they went to America to practice their religion freely
Farmers
The small farmers, who had rented their small plots of land from large landowners, lost their farms and their jobs when the land was enclosed with fences to raise sheep, they steal to survive making the political situation unstable, many leaders in England wanted to send the farmers to the Americas.
Prisoners, Those who are not lucky enough to escape had to endure harsh labour in inhumane conditions.
Debtors, They repay their debt by being a slave and work for the UK(They must do it)
Pull
Religious
Religious freedom, due to the Catholic Church not accepting Pilgrims and Puritans, if they oppose the church they will be arrested so they Pilgrims went to America to practice their religion freely. The Puritans
wanted to set up their own rules there to overthrow UK, by converting locals.
Economic
Business men
They want a trading center in America and they went there for fur which was in high demand in Europe and they wish to make their own market in Europe.
Farmer
The Farmers in UK lost their jobs and their farm, so they went to America to farm and many leaders in the UK saw this as the solution to the rising poor population
Prisoners
They are sent there for 2 reasons, to be "Servants" (But they are just slaves) to work for their motherland to "pay" for their mistakes and if some prisoners are lucky enough they escape to America and live a free life
debtors
They wanted to pay their debts but they have no money so they choose to become a slave.
