Jakel introduces the concept "one salesman one customer". Buyers will get details information about the product
Because of this, customer will sastified and confident to buy Jakel's product. They have to take care of their potential customer’s need

Every group or community have their own culture and culture influences that is vary in buying behavior and might have big difference such as chinese with their cheongsam, india with their saree and malay with their baju kurung
Jakel are not focusing on specific culture or religion. This is because Malaysia has many types of festivals that require different types of clothing.
For example, on Hari raya Aidilfitri, Jakels offer different design and style based on the latest trend. In addition, Jakels also use the same concept on Deepavali festival and Chinese New years.
On certain event, usually on the month of Ramadhan, Jakel's will offer an Happy Hour session where the ambassador itself will promoting their clothes under their label
This sessions also offer lots of discount and attract customer especially the ambassador's fans itself
The reason behind Jakel's tactics are to make sure customers can get or wear latest trend, as people love to be trendy and up to dates
This is to allow Jakel's cutomer to meet and greet their idol and wear the same design as their idols.

This is because, Jakel always care for their customers. Some customer might coming from different places, so they might having problem wanting to go to Jakel. Such as, looking for parking, places near Jakels and having difficulities searching for Jakels.
So Jakel decided to build a building located in the middle of the city, so that it will be convenience for their customers.
Jakel areas or branches are selected in places that have public transport such as taxis and LRT so that customers do not have to worry about going there.
