backlogs (Incomplete homework, assignments); school work, exams
tensions in personal life (pressure form parents, sibling rivalry, comparison between siblings or cousins, etc.)
peer pressure
no one to talk to about your stress or troubles

this can cause isolation
our self-esteem plummets
it affects the way we interact with others
we start having negative thoughts and a negative outlook towards our surroundings
Things to remember:
forgive yourself, don't be too harsh on yourself
this too shall pass; this is not the end
have a purpose in life

life is only as easy or as complicated as you make it
How can we deal with it?
talking to someone you love and trust
do things you love (either to distract yourself or to not let the stress affect you)
identifying the root cause of the problem
taking a break, taking some time out for yourself
become self-aware of the problem and consciously work towards it
make a gratitude journal or jar
meditation
think positive
