Leaders always face revenge in their social sphere :
- Adversaries trying to take them down
- People using them to extract revenge on other people
- Leaders using the organisation to extract revenge
- Controlling other people´s desire for revenge
Revenge can be an ambiguity mechanism :

Revenge can be part of the social order :
extracting revenge on those who commit wrong doing can deter from committing the same wrong doing
Revenge can disturb social order :
If keep getting revenge on each other will will insue
