Hyperglycemia
Blurred vision, paresthesias, fatigue, and skin infections may occur.
Polyphagia, Polydipsia, and Polyuria.
Polyphagia results from cellular starvation and the depletion of cellular stores of carbs, fats, and proteins.
Weight loss (even despite normal or increased appetite) is a common occurrence in people with uncontrolled type 1 diabetes.
