"How should authority's influence on the individual's health be judged?" RLS
MAIN RLS: Childhood Obesity; negative; children's susceptibility and parents intentions
RLS FOR EVIDENCE:
Teaching methods in school can lead to anxiety in students; negative; what skills do we learn (does positive outweigh the negative?); children's susceptibility
Doctors dictate certain medical treatments for patients; positive (negative); the lack of knowledge of the patient; intentions; greater good (lack of resources as seen with corona)
Pet owners have the power to decide over pet's health / lives; positive & negative; pets could not care for themselves; pet owners generally have good intentions
The availability of jobs for sufficient income lead to chronic illnesses or pains; negative; lack of choice for workers; the need for office jobs in a technology-filled world

Quality of the influence dictates whether it is justified or not
The climate crisis affects people's health in many ways: hotter summers lead to heat strokes, air pollution, wider spread diseases through mosquitoes etc., floods, wildfires; negative; the financial pressure from industry; difficulties to create sustainable plans for the future; lack of choice for the individual's
There is really no positive side to this anywhere in sight. Some excuses can be found, yet the impact on health is not justified
Comparing gain to losses, when influence can vary, it can be judged through the sacrifices made and profits made
Pet owners have the power to decide over pet's health / lives; positive & negative; pets could not care for
Pets gain the security of a proper home, the availability of food, water, a bed, and proper care
When the authority clearly has good intentions and knows what is best for the individual
Doctors dictate certain medical treatments for patients; positive (negative); the lack of knowledge of the patient; intentions; greater good (lack of resources as seen with corona)
The patient has in no way enough knowledge to make decisions for themself, the doctor is guided both by medical knowledge and the intention of having healthy patients

The Intuition can tell what intentions lie behind the authority's influences on the individual's health
Pets (law assumes pet owners have good intentions)
Are there other options / choices available?
Faith can oversee negative sides of influences, as a faith of the larger good exist within the individual
Global warming: the faith in the government sees that the outcomes will be what is best for the people and the nation, strong nationalism can oversee less global health hazards such as hotter summers lead to heat strokes, air pollution, wider spread diseases through mosquitoes etc., floods, wildfires; if it does not, it assures the government is there to ameliorate these conditions; this is ideological thinking and theoretically applicable (you can mention availability of health related resources to poorer folks, gyms, mental health, physiotherapy, etc.)
The availability of jobs for sufficient income lead to chronic illnesses or pains; negative; lack of choice for workers; the need for office jobs in a technology-filled world the need for office jobs in a technology-filled world
How susceptible or defenseless is the individual? Are they being unfairly taken advantage of? Is authority using its best resources and full capability?
Legalization and illegalization of certain drugs leads to increased drug misuse and addiction; negative (but can also be positive); lack of proper education leads to misuse of drugs; government does not provide proper treatment for drug abuse victims which causes them not to seek help
Is the source of authority suited / appropriate / compatible?
Doctors dictate certain medical treatments for patients; positive (negative); the lack of knowledge of the patient; intentions; greater good (lack of resources as seen with corona)
