-
The Lipids or more known as Fasts are formed by
two different types of structure. The first one is called “Fatty acids” and the second “glycerol”
-
-
Proteins:
Proteins are very important because they contain lots of proteins and they help with muscle building.
-
Some examples of proteins in food are: meat and fish, eggs, beans, hummus and nuts and seeds.
Nucleic acid:
-
The function of the Nucleic acid is to allow organisms to transfer genetic information from one generation to the next.
Some examples of Nucleic acids are: Vegetables such as spinach, leek, broccoli, Chinese cabbage and cauliflower.
Carbohydrates:
Some foods that contain carbohydrates are: Rice, bread, pasta, oatmeal, cereal and crackers.
