Parent Involvement
NEVER make a joke about a person’s child and always use the appropriate language.
Never mention medication!
Never mention new labels.
Educate the parent.
Open up communication before a situation arises.
Do not tell a parent to teach the child to behave.
When opening up communication, always start with a compliment about their child.
