What inspires me
My desire to play different sports in a high level inspires me to train(build athleticism)

My desire to avoid injures inspire me to workout.
I have experienced injures such as shin splints, ankle sprains. By working out, It might reduce the chances of me getting injured again.

Best time to train
I personally prefer training outside of school, around 7pm ~ 9pm. Training later in the day allows me to go to sleep after the hard work.
Recently, I have found out training during school time can be enjoyed. A best time to train in school would be during freeblocks.
Training individually VS in a group
I like to train in a group because it keeps me motivated while I train. For me it is easier to keep myself inspired while I am training with a group than individually.
Extrinsic
I want to look good in the outside by reaching my goal weight.
this relates to how I want other people to view me.
Relation to this class, grades could be a extrinsic factor because this unit requires us to exercise.

I want to have a healthy hobby that I can do instead of gaming. Because a hobby is something you are passionate about and pursue seriously, I believe training could take over my hobby of gaming, which is less healthy
Training gives me time to think, zone myself out from concerns or things that have bothered me. It allows me to not think about homework and stress
The feeling of self satisfaction after the workout is complete. It feels good when I finish the workout plan for the day.
