double helix :Describes the twisted, ladder-like shape of the DNA molecule.
Deoxyribose and Phosphate: these two molecules alternate to form the twisted sides of the DNA molecule.

Chromosome Theory of Inheritance:Theory that says genes are carried from parent to offspring on chromosomes.

alleles are different forms of genes. Example the hair gene could have brown, red, blonde, etc. hair color alleles.
an example of a gene would be eye color gene, another one would be a hair color gene.
