        REDUCE EMISSIONS . AT LEATS 50 % REDUCTION over the 10 year period . of hazardous air pollutants, of txic water pollutants, generation of hazardous an dnon hazardous waste
        
        REDUCE OR OFFSET GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS : 3 lowest yeras for carbon emissions in the previous 10 yeras are at least 25 % better or PURCHASE CARBON OFFSETS .
