First day problems can be identified as problems with management, it is confusing to new employees when they have mixed reviews on the style it is run. This can cause management because of limited costs. He find it difficult to communicate view others in the IT department on what they might want compared to others. Why did it happen? it can be caused by a mismanagement. The consequences for ryan is being a new empliee bringing up such examples can hurt his reputation
The solution: Find management and tlak about the company goals and see who is in charge of which department in which can lead to change maybe in the end

Extra Costs for new employees
it has impacted other departments who could use the money too market to customers and sell the products. The cause is due to employees cancelling at the last minute. It is an extra expense that they should eliminate. Why did it happen/ It could have been because of the failure of someone showing up to a meeting whether it being personal or not. The consequences for the group is the loss of an empty hotel room and the cost of it. This problem is cause by the person who failed to show.
Pros and cons: If a solution is found it can be damaging to the hotel business because of vacant hotel rooms, the cons to the solution is you may have to reach an agreement with only one hotel place leaving locations very limited when and where they can attend
The Solution: My solution to the problem would find a hotel who is willing to help out in those circumstances which can make expenses less, however there are drawbacks to this situation.

He found it weird that they gave out such a large amount of paper for a company who is saving energy, and being green.
