if you have a maintained diet and weight, regularly do physical exercise and don't drink alcohol often you won't be at risk of having dementia
if you're living with somebody dealing with dementia you need to make sure that everything stays consistent, like where things belong or a consistent schedule
this helps to keep the patient familiar, sudden and frequent change confuses someone living with dementia
