A Healthy Culture
What do you think the phrase "healthy culture" means?
That people of the same culture are so used to eating healthy that they don't even realize they are doing it.
Do you lose your temper easily?
How do you usually spend your free time?
How much exercise do you do?
What foods do you think are healthy? Why?
Fruits and vegetables because doctors and society say so.
I do almost no exercise. A good example of that is that yesterday I literally did only 1 minute of squats and today my legs hurt a lot.
Watching social networks like Netflix or Instagram lying on my bed.
Not normally, but if I didn't sleep well or haven't eaten, yes.
Why is people in Japan so healthy?
- Skin, cartilage, connective bones improve your life.
- Muscle meat can reduce your life.
- Fermented food is easy to find in Japan.
- Green tea is healthy for your body.
- They spend more money for cheap calories.
- Green tea is drunk as a daily basis in Japan.
- Plates are smaller.
- In Japan school eating is controlled by a nutritionist.
