CAFFEINE INTAKE
Caffeine exacerbates anxiety and dehydrates the body not an ideal beverage for a developing mind

Being unconcerned about healthy habits, consuming alcohol, tobacco or other drugs.

When a teenager does not eat every three to four hours, it affects their blood sugar level and their mood. :
