and receiving ceftriaxone 14 day
-7 days before coming to the hospital, the asthma symptoms started
-1 day before coming to the hospital. Breathing, gasping, unable to sleep,PND (night tiredness), no chest pain, palpitations, increased abdominal distension, legs swollen on both sides,lack of medication, the severity of heart disease changed from Functional Class ll the severity of heart disease changed from Functional Class lll
Echocardiogram examination found LVEF = 18%
