THE ISSUES INVOLVING APEX
no teamwork amongst the workers
lacking of well-trained employees and expertise in certain department
different opinions and practice for job-tasking within the organization
supervisors do not give systematic arrangements for the new recruiters
no training and developments were given to new employees
the budget allocation is not done properly and causes waste
no proper planning is made before doing any project
THINGS TO DO TO IMPROVE THE TRAINING PROCESS AT APEX
PROVIDE SUITABLE TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES
provide suitable trainings related to their job scope so the employees are capable and prepared to do required task
to help them to upgrade their potentials and capabilities
GIVE THE NEW RECRUITS SOME TIME TO ADJUST THEMSELVES IN THE ORGANIZATION
the organizations should not give too much pressure by giving irrelevant or irrelated task or duty to new recruiters such as photocopying the documents or make coffees for everyone
the supervisors or trainers shall help them to get used to their new environment by teaching them how the current organization they are in work, their etiquettes, policies and more
MAKE OR CREATE A GROUP OF SUPERVISORS WITH EXPERTISE TO TRAIN NEW RECRUITERS
this is to overcome any overlapping issues which could cause inconvinience and chaos, apart from ensuring that the new workers understand their work nature
the supervisors who are specially good in certain area should be asked to lead and guide new recruiters to handle the task and they need to arrange and set everything properly for the new employees' training session
GIVE THE EMPLOYEES SPECIAL SESSION FOR THEIR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
the existing employees shall be given a training and development session to sharpen their skills and to gain new knowledge for their job scope
to enhance their capabilities and to improve themselves, which later can help them to be more efficient and up-to-date
HAVE A FUN PROGRAM OR TEAM-BUILDING FOR THE EMPLOYEES
this could help them to have positive working environment apart from creating new connections with other people in the organization
this fun activities could attract the employees as they could have fun and learn a lot throughout this session, they can have training and in the same time they are able to go around and meet various people in the organization which is needed to strengthen the bond in order to have better relation as they will work together
