Territorially decentralised state: the right of the automous comunities.
Parliamentary monarchy: King is the Head of State. Parliament makes and approves laws.
Democratic state : Citizens have power to bote
Constitution: Three powers
Executive power: Select a Prime Minister (Head of government) and a points the Ministers
Judicial power: Judges and Magistrates make sure people respect and obey the law.
Legislative power
Congress: The lower house
Senate: The upper house
Parliament write the words
Spanish Monarchy
Spain parliamentary monarchy: King or queen is the Head of State (Felipe VI). Not make any laws; represent Spain.
Princess of Asturias, Leonor, is heir to the throne after her father.
