Bad Red Tape is when there is too much beaucractic process that bogs down. Can lead to missed opportunities, a loss of team interest and overall frustration
Good Red Tape offers checks and balances, as well as a second set of eyes to make sure everything has been done properly. Can lead to better working product and services, compliance and reduced risks

Reintroduce the system
The government will reintroduce the old system that encompasses manual procedures, desk file and task flow charts for civil servants to address bureaucratic red tape

Plan and budget for ongoing updates to systems, procedures and documentation. Unexpected emergencies are given and unanticipated expenses are common in business. Be prepared for this by having budget dollars available to purchase the necessary supplies and equipment that are needed to run the day to day operation. This involves going through an annual budgeting process that includes planned equipment replacement.
