CKO (CHIEF KNOWLEDGE OFFICER)
It can be defined as the person that leverage the infrastructure for easier transfer and flow of explicit knowledge assets, and many more that enable the exchange of tacit skills and abilities.
It can be refer as the corporate title got a person to monitor the knowledge management within the organization.

PERPUSTAKAAN TUN ABDUL RAZAK (PTAR) KAMPUS UiTM SARAWAK
PTAR can be describe as an academic library that provides various kind of information related with the academic knowledge to be used among student or lecturer in order to enhance their teaching and learning process.
Its information can be obtained through journal, books, Online Public Access Catalogue (OPACS) and many more.
How does it relates with CKO?
The CKO are available almost all department within organization either public nor private sector.
The Senior Librarian of the PTAR UiTM Sarawak which is En. Abg Mohd Farizan Abg Yakup can be considered as the CKO within his reference department
This is because he along with his teams responsible in providing the service in accessing and getting the information that is accurate, fast and relevant towards the Library users. The unit also provide the service for Information Skill Class, brochure, pamphlet, guidebook and providing in developing special collections to support teaching and learning activities

CIO (CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER)
Chief information officer, chief digital information officer or information technology director can be refers to title that are given to senior executive within an organization who works with information technology and computer systems in order to achieve their organizational goals.
Example of CIO within UiTM (SARAWAK)
Chief Information Officer responsible for directing the task of managing the technological information to be distributed towards its member to be execute it. The CIO of the UiTM especially within the Technological Department of UiTM Cawangan Sarawak is Mohd Syazwan Mohd Haris
ROLES OF CIO
To plan, manage and coordinate the development and maintenance of university systems and applications.
Plan, manage, advise and implement system and data integration electronically
Implement level two technical support operations for university systems and applications including integration and database
Ensure the development of university systems and applications comply with policies, standards and best practices.
Planning, managing and maintaining the university database.
CONCEPTUAL PROGRESSION OF UiTM
The UiTM also has its own conceptual progression. This can be seen with its own each department retrieve the data that will be transformed into information and therefore distributed towards its staff and students in the form of knowledge and wisdom.
Library Department
OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog)
Design by staff of the library to ensure their user can find reliable sources through online
Step 1: Student or staff need to login and verified towards the organization as part of itself
Step 2: Pick search and type things that they want to search in order to key in the data that they wanted such as articles, book and journal within their databases before push the "go" button
Step 3: Once they push the button go, they need to choose the types of the sources
Step 4: Choose any titles that they want to search
Step 5: After completing all of the above, it will shows the location of their sources they want to search earlier along with its location and availability of the sources.
Step 6: Once they have the sources that they want it, they can borrowed it for academic purposes within a limited period of time that was set by the library staff.

Developed by technological team mainly under the CIO order to record the attendance of the student
Step 2: Student required to key in their student number and password in order to record their attendance
Step 3: After completing the steps above, student will snap the QR Barcode provided by lecturer through their smartphone to record their attendance in their classes
Step 1: Download the application and install it via Playstore or Apple Store on student respective smartphone
Step 4: After done snapping and recording their attendance, they will be presented an results of their recorded attendance within the application as a proof of their present in classes and future use
PRACTISES OF UiTM IN EXCHANGING THE DATA
Internet
UiTM application and web application require internet connection to execute it. This is because it can ensure the organization to retrieve the data much faster than non technological method
Intranet
UiTM use its own server such as providing the OPAC 1, OPAC 2 AND OPAC 3 server

Student
All feedback from them and questionnaire that was given to them can enhance the system of teaching and learning process

UiTM department such as library always makes the collaborative program with the final year student such as from Diploma in Information Management. This is because not only it can enhance their services but also provides extensive knowledge since they are originated from the same faculty.
