Transhumanism
- Human Enhancement as the main goal
- Two assets helps human enhancement: 1) Science, 2) Technology
- We are not post-human yet. We are no longer human, but rather slowly edging towards posthuman in the future.
Democratic Transhumanism
- human enhancement should be accessible to everyone
- science & technology should be given to everyone
Libertarian Transhumanism
- free market is the best solution to human enhancement

- in order to be human: you cannot be an animal, or a god or a barbarian (which the greeks considered to be persians, since they were at war). to be an anthropos, you have to be greek and have paideia (be educated).

Anthropocene: we are living in the anthropocene. specific geological area. human is redefining ecology, and ecology is impacting humans. We are no longer be the central of everything, instead we are in the anthropocene, where we impact the environment and they impact us. (holocene)
Humans are not one human. They are an open notion/definition
- dis/ability (freak shows, circus)
- class (bourgeoise & proletariat)
- gender (separation of women & men)
- race
- ethnicity (construction of East & West)
- nationality (migrants, refugees)
Some humans are considered more human than others, whether or not it is 'true'.
