How To send Crash report
1)On the device the app crashed on, tap the hamburger icon in the top left of the screen, then Switch Event.
2)Login as an event planner on app level
3)Once you've logged in, return to your event.
4)Tap and hold either the gear icon on iOS or the down arrow on Android for at least five seconds
5) When you release, you'll see a new option in the side nav called Diagnostic Tools. Tap it.
6)Tap Send Crash Report to generate an email template with the report attached
Invitation not getting delivered
Check your junk folder
Try an alternate email address
Get your emails whitelisted
IP Addresses: 166.78.70.104, 198.61.255.245, 198.61.255.238
Domains: crowdcompassmail.com, crowdcompass.mailgun.org
Maps Pins not showing
Connect to Wi-Fi and refresh the event
Turn on the pin icons in map
If your defined areas are too close, or overlap, pins might not appear.
Your defined areas (the highlighted boxes) should have a little space in between
