Baptism
Significance: Baptism is the first step in the life of a Catholic as it marks their journey of commitment to Jesus. Baptism also allows Catholics to become a son or daughter of God and part of the Catholic family.

Holy Communion
Significance The First Holy Communion is a Catholic ceremony, which marks a child or adult's first reception of the Sacrament of the Eucharist. It is an extremely important event in a Catholic family's life and is marked with celebrations, family gatherings and festive parties as well as gift-giving and special white clothes.

Reconciliation
SignificanceReconciliation is extremely important to the catholic church as one of the sacraments deeply ingrained in the church. Reconciliation allows for a way to re accept and forgive people who have done wrong by their church. If it wasn't for reconciliation many people would not be able to stay as a part of the catholic church and it would shrink immensely. The reconciliation allows for people lost in their ways to re join catholicism while making them complete a list of tasks to ensure they don’t get off to lightly.
Sequence of Events
1.Examine your conscience. (examination of. conscience) Go to the Reconciliation Room. Greet the priest. Begin with the Sign of the Cross. Confess your sins.

Confirmation
Significance Confirmation is important for catholics as the individual receives a special outpouring of the holy spirit. Through confirmation, the holy spirit gives them the increased ability to practice their catholic commitment and faith.
Sequence of Events

The bishop anoints the person using of oil chrism (a consecrated oil) to make the sign of the cross on the forehead while repeating ‘Be sealed with the gift of the holy spirit,’

The bishop then says “Peace be with you,”
The individual than responds with “And with your spirit.” or, “and also with you,”
Marriage
Significance Marriage is the beginning of the family and is a life-long commitment It also provides an opportunity to grow in selflessness as you serve your partner and children. Marriage is more than a physical union; it is also a spiritual and emotional union.
Sequence of Events Marriage is placed further towards the end due to the fact that, as a christian you have to take the sacramental steps beforehand, baptism, penance, holy communion and confirmation which are more important in christians life.

Significance:Anointing of the Sick is significant in the catholic church is administered both to the dying and to those who are gravely ill or are about to undergo a serious operation, for the recovery of their health and for spiritual strength. It is a ritual of healing appropriate not only for physical but also for mental and spiritual sickness.
Sequence of Events The Anointing of the Sick is usually the last sacrament as it's usually administered before a catholics death.
