1) What are the safety precautions and items that needs to consider before going trekking.
we need lights,water,bagpack,phones and also kompass
Check your belonging before you start trekking and bring headlight or torch light because it will be dark at night and emergency might happen at night . Do not forget to bring med kit . SELAMAT HARI RAYA - SYAHIRAN-Maaf zahir dan batin
Prepare food do that you will not be hungry and bring extra battery for your torchlight / headlight . bring your compass as you might be lost while you are trekking at night .you might need a lighter/match stick to start a fire as it might be cold at night kay .
