- Weekly Assessment:Classroom Test
- Qualitative Feedback: Monthly feedback is gathered from SM/GM/Trainer by MSTA/SAT & corrective actions to be taken.
- On-Site Visit: Trainer visits dealership during OJT.
- Attendance: Bio-metric System at MSTA & Dealership for trainees.
STIPEND & COSTING
- Salary Bench Marking as per the PAN India Location.
- Sharing MSTA & Dealership 50:50 ratio
- MSTA raise Debit note QUARTER WISE to dealer
