It is very hard for you to drive the project in this environment, especially when you feel like everyone is resisting, starting with the Country Manager Robin Michaels. He/she constantly prioritizes some local operational tasks, and the rest of the affiliate follows his/her example. Whenever you tried to point out that the amount of customers whom MoniCom solution was presented to is too low, you get the answers: “It’s the amount we can afford for now”, “This is the reality of the local market”. You see them as excuses, since you believe that all affiliates must follow global strategy and global processes.
