LEADERSHIP WITHIN MY WORKPLACE
Know your enemy - join in with staff socials.
Keep friends close and enemies closer - stay positive and be polite and amenable, especially to members of staff you may not get along with.
Lead from the back - listen to the ideas of others, encourage new ideas and thinking.
Appearances matter - be professional, dress professionally, be friendly and polite.
Lead from the front - 'be there'.
Nothing is black or white - seek practical solutions to problems.
Courage - show leadership, even when you are discouraged by others.
Know that you can quit - if something does not work, change it.
