This ensures teamwork and participation in the workplace.

Glue holds things together. Organizational glue is what holds the workplace together with formal rules and policies.

Having a game plan on how we can have smooth operations in the workplace with efficiency.
Criteria of Success
How successful we can be with teamwork and commitment from staff. In my workplace we focus on patient quality and satisfaction while maintaining a low cost production.
Clan Culture Type/Behavior
One specific type of culture type, this emphasizes team building, and a family environment. The leaders in the organization are looked at more as of mentors. This type of culture is focused on loyalty and tradition.

These are the innovators. This culture is based on creativity and risk taking. This is a lot of experimental work to implement new products.

This culture type focuses on getting the job done and getting results. This is a very competitive environment because of demand for achieving target goals.
Hierarchy Culture Type/Behaviors
This type revolves around a smooth running workplace. Procedures control what employees do. The workplace is dependable and low cost.
