        修飾語句の意味上の主語と主節の主語が一致していないもの、となります。Dangle というのは、ぶらぶらぶら下がるという意味で、しっかりどこかにとまっているというのではなく、looselyにぶら下がっているという状態を意味しており、主語がしっかりとまっていないというニュアンスを表しているのだと思います。
