Resuscitation

Breathing - Ventilate with 100% 02, monitor for breath stacking
Circulation

20ml/kg crystalloid bolus, repeat if required
Large bore IV access +/- ART line, CVC, TOE/TTE to assess filling
Point crisis management

Investigations (Tryptase at 1hr, 4 hours, 24 hours)

Letter with patient, reaction description and agents used

Grades: 1 - mucocutaneous (erythema, urticaria) 2 - mod hypot or bronchosp 3- severe hypot or bronchosp
Drugs (priority)
Adrenaline IV bolus, repeat every minute PRN

Prepare adrenaline infusion (to 0.4 mcg/kg/min in adults and 4 mcg/kg/min in children) - 3mg/50ml = 60 mcg/ml with 1ml/hr = 1mcg/min
If no IV access, IM adrenaline
