- Working longer is not always efficient.
- Too much action can be negative. Be patient and save the energy when you really need it.
- Do not be too hard on yourself when things do not go well.
- The road to the destination is just as fun as the end.
- Be the activator when others are possibility thinkers. Creativity and co-creation can unleash beautiful ideas and make things reality.

Often I am very aware of my negative emotions towards events which were planned differently, therefore I change my emotions because they will not help me.

- Stand apart from myself and examine the way I see myself. Does this actually comes closes to the way my familie and friends see me?

If it is not possible to all have a good share , a benefit, then walk away from it

- Speak , at least bring up this matter
- Leave your competitive mindset at home
- Explain at least one valuable interaction you had in the business with equal people
- What would I do if I would find myself in another situation like the previous one? How would I react?
