Involve whole school from signs/banners, school vibe, office staff, staff friendliness, cleanliness of school, senior management.
two way - dialogue - phone calls, home visits, parent-teacher interviews, other school based activities. (personal touches)
one way - reports, letters, emails, teacher blogs, school reader comments, homework, school websites etc.
Communication through technology - voice mail, video technology, and school Web sites are all examples
