Note: Status of every parent in enrollment pipeline should change as the point they are in the process changes. i.e. anyone who calls to inquire about SAS should be entered into database as an inquiry with all appropriate information recorded (address, how did you find out about us, right from first contact). If they then take a tour, their status should progress to toured, then applicant, and so forth. This ensures we can track where our "drop off" points are, and allow us to understand "the why" and improve/grow accordingly. Especially when it comes to families who were accepted but did not enroll.
