Manchuria 1931
Japan took over Manchuria due to the Depression. Japan left LON as they tried to persuade Japan to stop
Abyssinia 1935
Italy led by Mussolini, invaded Abyssinia (Ethiopia) increase the size of their empire. LON stopped trade but USA could still help.

Spartacists - The Spartacists were communists. They wanted Germany to be run by the working classes.
Locarno agreement - France, England, Belgium and Germany agreed to respect borders.
Kapp Putsch - In March 1920 there was a rebellion that wanted to set up a new government as the rebels were angry at them for signing the Treaty of Versailles.
