Proven experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of training deliverables within a complex IM/ICT program/project(s).
Proven ability to manage the development and provision of learning activities, including the design, creation, packaging and maintenance of materials and resources for use in education and training.
Proven experience in the provision of classroom based training using a range of instructional techniques.
Proven stakeholder relationship management skills to support effective business change, including the ability to influence key stakeholders.
Proven experience in leading, managing and mentoring an effective team of training resources in IM/ICT program/project(s) environment
Well developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.
