high vibration energy: powerful, optimistic, productive. everything is going well for you at that point in time
low vibration energy: being in a pessimistic, low state in life
first seminar: mistakes - initially if someone who is superior or highly intelligant is making an error, compare this to yourself, "where has this ever happened to me before?" it is much easier to look at other peoples failures and laugh at them as an outsider or an insider as long as it is not happenening to YOURSELF. as long as we are not making the mistakes we get good emotions - which is why people watch TV shows, realising the failures inside your self you lower your confidence. lowering confidence reduces the status that you are currently carrying within your 'tribe'
second seminar: success walls - the success barrier or success wall is the fear or reaching new heights in life, this may be because you are scared, or in other cases you simply become complacent and feel like you have reached the top and you have accomplished your goal
first seminar: communication - there are times in which you contain high vibration energy, this will alternate between different days. some days it will be easier to communicate with other people, perhaps because you are feeling good about your self, making you realise that you should or could have performed said action previously. meaning the approaches and performances you with-hold when containing high vibrations of energy are different and easier to approach in comparison to a lower vibration; where these performances may not even cross your mind, or you are scared to perform them
second seminar: self-awareness - when in a higher status you tend to think about yourself at a much lower degree and focus on all of the positives around you, since you are currently in a positive mindset you are seeking out different ways to enhance this for yourself, sometimes consciously sometimes subconsciously. thus, when in a higher state it is unlikely that you will think about petty topics such as 'how am I looking today?'
third seminar: environments / moods - while you are in the higher state of your own mind you tend to only think about the positives within certain aspects and you tend to ignore all of the negativity that is surrounding you
third seminar: environments / moods - if you are formerly in the higher state of mind and an event happens to then trigger your low vibration of energy you will start to become more aware of what is happening around you, especially the negative events. you start to pick out these negative events much more often and thus further lowering your status at that current point in time. if you are spreading your negative energy to those around you this may cause conflict. your mind will cause you think more about the negative thoughts
fourth seminar: bitching (in person or online) - online: those people who are negative online or toxic are commonly entering the internet to escape from their negative thoughts that may be occurring within real life. explanation: if someone has written a toxic message to an informant, their response is highly unlikely to be a thank you note for the comment, the most likely response is going to be another message back regarding containing their toxicity. in the moment the brain focuses on the negativity, in 1/10 of the encounters the bitching will make sense; when in this state you are clearly not thinking about your actions
Interactions - a trait of when people are talking to you: they actually like you despite their comments, if someone is being toxic towards you and you are engaging in this battle of words. you learn to diffuse this 'charge' and to not let this energy further bring you down
fuelling your response - when someone is in a lower state and you are interacting with them (you are in a higher vibration) you may decide to offer the other person advice on how to potentially control their anger. however those people do not want to change their mood or ways they want to keep on continuously talking shit, therefore, their mood is further worsened. especially if the response is something that they do not want to hear
emphasis - when in said state, your brain will obscure the positives within the situations and bring those to the background. at the same time you will only emphasise (bring to the forefront) the negatives that are occurring within that situation. you only see a snapshot of the image at that point in time, and are obstructed from the larger image of all of the positives that are surrounding your life, or just surrounding your day for that particular moment in time.
fear - the success ceiling - your mind is becoming afraid of complex situations, haters and other situations that you are afraid of and that you are potentially not aware of. this is relevant to a business term that has finally broken-even and wants to reach the next step of success however some leaders find this very difficult. many entrepreneurs consider their business their 'baby' therefore when the business is ready to expand they find it un-necessary, or they want to avoid delegation because they simply do not know what the outcomes are. this is your brain preventing you from reaching the new obtained super-ordinate status, if your status is increased your caveman status is brought in 'you may get put down'
our identity - the most important thing that you must make sure that you are doing is that you must ensure you are staying consistent towards your identity that people know you for. if the people have accepted it, you will not get killed within your caveman tribe. back-tracking to success walls, you must be self-destructive, if you are not having these thoughts it is not normal, it is normal to have these thoughts but the key is to overcome these obstacles
self-awareness - we are stuck in a [M]aze within our minds, we are at the cause of everything that happens to us. become conscious of your mind and body: everything going on inside is triggering your perception and then how events are playing out within your life
emotions - the key to understand is that everyday you are going to be happy for a certain amount of time and in turn you are going to be surrounding or holding this positive energy. also you will be sad a certain amount of time (rather generalised, but this will occur on the most part). we are able to predict when we are going to be happy or pissed off, even when we analyse our friends which becomes rather prevalent if you become more aware. everyday is the same day, not a new day, this affects your focus if you are someone that is happy you will attempt to keep all of the thoughts in your mind positive, you will seek things to reinforce this, and vice versa if you are negative. ex: when getting in controversies with other online users, or even with people face-to-face; if said user is engaging with you to form an argument this is because they are potentially coming from a darker place, so this means that their lower vibration of energy is dragging them down; if you were to engage with this battle of words, you are simply substituting your previous mood with the lower vibration, or enhancing you previously existing low vibration
RAS - reticular activating system
surroundings - understanding the concept of 'focus' we all have a focus on a larger picture that is usually in the foreground. it is natural to focus on this, however there is a lot going in within the background that we just fail to notice sometimes. explanation: we have this mechanism called RAS; we filter out people/situations/things to reinforce your current beliefs or assumptions. to keep this alive. if you are angry: you will start to realise all of the smaller details to just enhance your low vibration energy circuit - when someone is currently within a bad reality, they tend to seek out other things in their life that is also similar to their current situation
tracking - tracking RAS is when you are tracking your opinions on RAS; for example if you are currently within a
relationship and you and the partner are becoming further and further apart from each other, all of the qualities you liked are suddenly changed to the point where you brain just shuts / diverges completely. this is called an RAS flip this may occur between close friends too; there is not enough consciousness proactively at the front of the mind to superseded the RAS triggered by the DNA, meaning that if you lose your status you will start to see divergences in your life - fake friends will leave. once this low vibration energy has dissolved these two people may find a common ground again and be able to relate to one another. it is really common for people to find their similarities by hating others rather than something positive. as your RAS shifts towards a positive state you are just encouraged to do things you wouldn't do before as you break free from the set tracks that your brain runs on similarly to a train
finding a common ground - if there are two people who are in a relationship and at the same they are very much aware of each other and are understanding towards one another (they are able to relate to each other) this will cause a spark of HVE. say this couple breaks up, and you are both feeling extremely shitty in life at one particular point, if these two people were to interact again you may have a civil conversation, the energy exchanges. this almost acts as a norm-enforcement mechanism in which we are able to interact with those who we RELATE to, which is why you would not date someone who does not share similar interests to you
relationships - there are many mistakes that people make within their relationships that they are contained within, predominately cheating on the other partner. the process of blaming others for your mistakes is a burgeoning issue, if a partner continuously is getting on your nerves then you will be brought down (as a result) causing you to enter the low vibration energy stage. so this means that you start to pick out all of the petty shit within your partner and your brain will then see this as a justification to performing these mistakes such as cheating on your partner. this will make you get triggered by things that never bothered you before causing the DNA to hijack your perception (RAS) to make the person feel like their actions are justified. this may be a causality to negative events occurring in our society such as wars between countries (on a much larger scale) promoting separation rather than togetherness. this may help you though; explanation: separation from this negativity helps may potentially help you focus on the positives in life
feedback loops - attempt to not surround yourself with the yes man or the yes women, they only want fans surrounding them that will only agree and reinforce their ego. it is good to surround yourself with those that will disagree with you, for a good reason, and challenge your thoughts
skewing - every recall is a reframe - our minds will hear different bullshit to rationalise, for example if you are hearing an explanation you will, for the most part, remember the segments that are benefiting you, because this gives you a reason to actually do something
energy saving - the human mind will continuously put off different tasks because of missing explanations for example if you are placing an order without confirmation, the business chain may not even bother about placing your order, because they had not carried out their procedure. even if their instincts are telling them to make the order and they feel like you are coming - they still continuously put it off because it becomes so obsolete. if not in your favour this will cause you to fall into low vibration energy, and if you influence others by energy saving you are possibly turning those around you who are involved into a negative state that will piss them off
conciousness and self-assessing
shifting states - there are certain tasks within our lives that we have negative associations with, such as doing your homework. so this means that we are trying to replace the negative state of the mind by putting the task off, this might be playing a video game or resting. we only like to perform the tasks when there is no other option and we have almost used up all of the resources to the point where there is nothing else to do - when we actually perform this job you will notice that it does not even feel that bad to do and the reason you were putting it off in the first place was no reason at all
