To compare fractions, first convert them into like fractions by finding their denominators LCM (Least common multiple) by ,multiplying the denominators , then multiply the numerators with the same numbers
-
The same goes for adding, you must multiply the denominators so that they are the same and then multiply the numerators with the same number
and then add their numerators, the same goes with any arithmetic operation
Addition and subraction
Adding and subtracting are complete opposites, adding is giving more, whereas subtraction is taking away

When you add if the digits sum is to a 2 digit number then you simply write the numbers one's place digit and take its tens place and place it on the number to its right, and when you add that number you must also add the tens place and then you have the answer
When you subtract and the difference of the digits is below zero then you borrow 1 number from the digit to the right and reduce it by 1 number then you subtract the original digits while treating that extra one you gave it like a ten
