Methods of production

Batch Production
All stages of production being completed at the same time. The products may be similar but use different ingredients.
Adv. is that this method is cheaper than job production and products can vary from one batch to another.
Used in the food industry where large batches of the same product. It can also be used in the housing industry where foundation are being laid several at a time.

Common in factories which have production lines. The product flows through the stages with parts being added at each stage until the end of the production.
