- - - - 24th. Experimenting a wake-up ritual. Open curtains, sitting up & questionnaire to note difficulty.
        
        2nd June. Questionnaire shifted to asr ref sessions (not regularly) since too many steps.
      - 25th. Was able to wake up on time after jumua, though slept afterwards as well.
      - 24th. Changed wakeup time from 4pm to 2:25pm
        
        27th. Stuck at 3 for a while.
        
        29th. Finally woke up at 2:15! Though useless for next 45 mins.
        
        31st. Been able to do 2pm for the past 3 days. But lack of direction after I wake up.

        31st. Bath, 15/20 min jog with audiobook & prayer. (not in this exact order)

      - 28th. Clash royale helps getting up. But still needing alot of pure force. #
    - - 27th. Clashe of clans prevents me from sleeping on time.
        
        28th. Using audiobook with timer a bit better. Urges eventually die down.
        
        11th June. With audio book time to sleep 30 mins. Effectiveness as consistent cue on cue effectiveness score 60/80
