What is 'law'?
The law is
NOT
static- new laws are constantly made to deal with new situations that crop up.
A set of rules & obligations which must be obeyed.
Law vs Morality
Morality- A personal/social set of standards for good or bad behaviour & character, or the quality of being right, honest or acceptable.
Moral obligation will NOT be enforced in a court of law but a legal obligation WILL.
