        People who live in Singapore usually always recycle, and people think they did a good job. In Singapore, they collect the rain and recycle the water. In Hong Kong they always have problem making their own water so I think they should try to learn from Singapore.
    - - Hong Kong .In Hong Kong, they don't make their own water, their water come from Dongjiang or other countries. This is the different between Hong Kong and Singapore

        Singapore surrounded by the sea,however,Singapore’s technological development,advance technology, Desalination is not a problem.
