Leaders help themselves and others to do the right things. They set direction, build an inspiring vision, and create something new. Leadership is about mapping out where you need to go to "win" as a team or an organization; and it is dynamic, exciting, and inspiring.
What styles of leadership do you know?
Different types of leadership styles exist in work environments. The culture and goals of an organization determine which leadership style fits the firm best.
The democratic leader builds consensus through participation. If this style were summed up in one phrase, it would be “What do you think?” The democratic style is most effective when the leader needs the team to buy into or have ownership of a decision, plan, or goal, or if he or she is uncertain and needs fresh ideas from qualified teammates.
The coaching leader develops people for the future. The coaching style works best when the leader wants to help teammates build lasting personal strengths that make them more successful overall.
The authoritative leader mobilizes the team toward a common vision and focuses on end goals. If this style were summed up in one phrase, it would be “Come with me.” The authoritative style works best when the team needs a new vision because circumstances have changed. Authoritative leaders inspire an entrepreneurial spirit and vibrant enthusiasm for the mission.
Strategic leadership is one that involves a leader who is essentially the head of an organization. The strategic leader is not limited to those at the top of the organization. It is geared to a wider audience at all levels who want to create a high performance life, team or organization.
Which style would you prefer?
As for me the most suitable style of leadership is strategic. The process of using well considered tactics to communicate a vision for an organization it's one of the most important things in company.
Strategic leadership typically manages, motivates and persuades staff to share that same vision, and it's a great way to communicate and colloborate together with the boss, it will also give you an oportunity to get some experience from your leader.
What is important for a good business leader?
The most valuable characteristics of a good business leader are vision, a boss should see beforehand and put forward new ideas.
Motivation, as well as obvious things like salary, this includes praise, leader should also can easily encourage his staff.
Such person should also have an emotional intelligence to read people, to know whta they want or need.
Empowering others as well, he should tell people what you expect from them. Being trustworthy is an essential characteristic, because your behaviour should be consistent with your beleifs.
. Moreover a good leader should take riscs and managing changes. And of course a sense of humour. An ability to laugh at yourself is a good way to bring others along with you.

Can leadership really be taught?
Experts have learned that people with leadership qualities can be helped to become more effective leaders. But no amount of training will make some people into the leaders organizations need.

Winston Churchill was a very charismatic leader. He made people believe in him because he led well with a direct attitude. He would not put up with candy coating things. He told them like they were, and that is where people approved of him. Search his quotes on Google. He has many that will make you chuckle. He attracted people that way. He had a good sense of humor and people respected him.
