Why it needs redesigning
The completely black packaging, devoid of the usual brown chocolate colors, makes the consumer assume that the Black Chocolate is very, very bitter. However, this is not actually the case. Meiji Black Chocolate is only slightly more bitter than Meiji Milk Chocolate, yet it is still less bitter than that of Hershey's Special Dark.
