Pathophysiology
Pyloric Stenosis is when the pylorus part of the stomach becomes abnormally thickened which causes a narrowing and elongating of the pyloric channel.

Treatment

Pyloromyotomy, this is when the surgeon will make an incision on this outer lining of the pylorus which causes the inner lining to bulge out and open up the channel more.
