Feasible Improvements
Safety
Do not use the laser cutter, because it leaves a black edge that may harm the birds if they accidentally eat it. Alternative will be to cut the cardboard by craft knife.
Do not use glue guns, similarly to the laser cutter, it may also harm the health of the bird if they accidentally eat it. A better alternative is to use the wood glue, or use the glue gun in an overlapped area, where is impossible for bird to eat.

Paint on the product. This will make the 33.33% of people who think that the appearance of product is average and 66.66% of people who think the appearance of product is below average satisfied.
Material
The material needs to be more user-friendly. The use of glue gun and laser cutter threats the wellbeing of bird if accidents occur. Therefore, hand-cutting them and use wood glue might be a better solution.
Additionally, in order to improve the durability of the product, the use of woods can be considered.

Client
Consider more comprehensively about the needs of the target audience (birds in this case). Specific changes are described in safety and function section
Environment
Durability could be improved in order to make the product more environmentally friendly. To do this, there are few options that are feasible, for example, use wood instead of cardboard. Note that the wood needs to be chosen with full consideration. Parrots are sensitive to some of the woods.
